First part of the interview process you will get a set of questions out of the way. Do not do this in tells. These will be conducted in vent with another officer or recruiter at a convenient time for all 3 of you. This way you can make sure they have vent, can communicate, are not a moron and understand what is expected of them as a member. The questions are as follows. This first one is not even numbered as it is going to weed out people right away. You will need to make a reply to this post and label your reply with the apps toon name and the responses and we will make a decision if you want to invite.
Understand there is a 2 week trial where you will be evaluated on your knowledge of the fights...so make sure you know them before hand and do not expect explanations. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!
- 1. How did you hear about our guild?
2. Are you wanting to raid on a regular basis and can make raids when you say you can and not be a flake?
3. Is this you main or an alt? If an alt, are you going to be able to put in the time for our runs?
4. Most important, are you a drama queen? We do not accept drama, nor tolerate trouble makers.
5. Are you a team player and understand this is a game and people have real lives and want to have fun?
If all this looks and sounds good lets setup a simple 10 man naxx test run to see how you react with our guild. Setup a time and day that works for our raiders and we will take it from there.
